These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and all interactions with our business related to pet care, grooming, veterinary support, boarding, or other offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully, as they establish a legal agreement between you and [Agency Name]. How do we use your information?

Our goal is to accommodate our clients with flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our services and the well-being of our staff and pets under our care. We kindly ask all clients to review our cancellation and refund policy before booking any of our services.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost, depending on the nature of the appointment and preparation already undertaken. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the full service fee may be charged. Refunds are only issued in cases where services were not rendered due to fault on our end or if a client cancels with sufficient notice as outlined above. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For services purchased as part of a package or subscription, partial refunds will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions, minus any applicable administrative fees. By booking any service with us, you agree to abide by this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Cancellations made outside this notice period, or no-shows, may result in a reduced refund or forfeiture of the payment to cover the costs already incurred by the agency, such as staff allocation or reserved resources.

We strive to handle cancellations and refunds with professionalism and understanding, but it is important that cancellations are communicated promptly to allow us to adjust schedules and accommodate other clients. Any refunds issued will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, as detailed in this agreement. For any disputes or clarifications regarding refunds, clients are encouraged to contact our customer service team directly.


Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return or refund, customers must contact our support team within a specified period (usually within 14-30 days from the date of delivery) and provide proof of purchase along with details about the issue. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received, unless the return is due to damage or fault on our part.


Item Damaged During Shipment

We take great care in packaging and handling all products to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. However, in the rare event that an item is damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately upon receipt. To assist you efficiently, we require that you provide photographic evidence of the damage along with the original packaging. Our team will review your claim promptly and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
